My transmission started having issues and they told me I could bring my car in that day, Chris was able to get my car serviced that day and set me up with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. On Monday, November 26, 2024, I called the dealership at 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are 10:00 am to get an appointment to have some work done on my Cadillac XT5. Asked for service department, phone rang and rang and rang. Fine they are busy. Called back 45 minutes later. Asked for service and the phone rang and rang and rang. Must be really busy. Called back at approximately 5:00 pm. Again, asked for service. Again phone just rang and rang and rang. Called again at 6:15. Same thing. Finally when the phone rang back to the operator, I left my name and number. No callback. Called again this morning. Same thing, left my name and number. I finally get a return phone call at 5:30 this evening. I've leased cars from this dealership for over 15 years and can't make an appointment to bring the car in when I have the time to bring it in because no one answers the phone over there nor do they return phone calls promptly. I've had problems with this dealership in the past and the customer service just keeps going downhill. It's really to bad this dealership is the only game in town for Cadillac. I think in the future, I'll be going to another make, not another Cadillac. More
