Kept my car for nearly a month to not fix issue and say they never even heard the squealing brakes. Horrible horrible customer service! Was told my vehicle would be ready two days prior to my rental car contract being up. I had to take the day off to go in to extend my rental car and go to the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle. The person I was dealing with was very smug and said he was busy and couldn’t return my call. I had to pay four days of rental car because he didn’t keep his promise that it would be done days prior to the contract being up. I know I will never use that dealership again for anything! More

I had an 7:30am appointment to get my car fixed and had to take the day off work. I dropped my car off in the morning, they said it should be done in 2.5 hours including getting an oil change and tire rota to take the day off work. I called them 5 hours later and the oil change was done but the technician to repair my car didn't show up for work. They offered to do it another day but I didn't want to use another vacation day. They eventually fixed it, but oil change and tire rotation was more expensive then quoted over phone. More
