The only thing is that I had to return to the dealership (30 minutes drive each way) because for some reason after changing the wheels/tires, they did not reprogram it and it was showing Tires Service Monit (30 minutes drive each way) because for some reason after changing the wheels/tires, they did not reprogram it and it was showing Tires Service Monitor System. Also the wheels were not cleaned. It was still with the powder that they used to assemble the tires on the wheels. The impression was that it was all scratched, which after cleaned I saw that it was not the case. More

Horrible service. Overcharged for warranty work that I was promised I would not be charged for, both before and when I questioned it after. Since I had other non warranty work done, I charged it on my credit card. When I checked my charges on my credit card, I was charged for the warranty work after all. After numerous calls and numerous texts, and being promised a credit, I have never received it. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I even tried to talk to the General Manager and never received a call back. This is just the last of a long list of problems. Several times we had been called for a second appointment to have a part replaced that was diagnosed on the first appointment. We left the car, only to be called and told they did not have the part. Another time our car would not start the first time we tried after the infotainment screen was replaced. Never had issues before. They told us that we had to buy a new battery, and it was impossible to be related to the service. When I told them that the technician must have left the electrical on over night, they agreed and did at least replace the battery at no charge. We also had tires replaced on the tire cost match promise. The next day, we had to delay a trip because a tire had lost half its air. We took it to the dealership and they could not fix it due to no power. We took it to Discount Tire and they said that the valve stem was not installed correctly and they fixed it for free. Shortly after the same thing happened to a second tire and Crestview fixed it. They quoted $30, but charged us $60. One issue after another. Terrible communication among employees. We will not return for service or for a new vehicle purchase. More
