Up until that day that I got the car, I honestly thought that every salesman was a crook and their goal is only to shaft you with hidden fees and and unclear contracts. Oscar explain the different rebates I qualifies for to get me the price I was looking for. This is the Second vw that I have purchased, the first was at Joe Heidt on 17 and i have to say that was the worst dealership I've ever been to. I also want to say that I have been to crestmont vw in the past and the experience could of been better but not all the salesmen are the same, but again Oscar was awesome throughout the whole process !!!!
