New tires. The last time I had an oil change Emily mentioned that I would be needing tires soon and mentioned a tire sale coming up in Nov. I think she followed up with a call, email, or text. I called her, she got prices back to me, I checked prices elsewhere and found Crestmont’s To be the best. Made the apt., got the tires, and I was out the door. Emily had an alignment test done, to be safe, which I thankfully didn’t need to do. My total cost came out to be less than originally quoted. Great experience. More
Accomodating Dealership Emily was very accomodating. She was able to squeeze me in even though the appointment slate was full. Great repair job A few days ago, my car gave off a warning alarm telling me the driver’s side backseat door was open. It was not. After trying to get it to recognize i A few days ago, my car gave off a warning alarm telling me the driver’s side backseat door was open. It was not. After trying to get it to recognize it was shut, I called the service department at Crestmont Hyundai. They told me to bring it in and they’d try to fit it in the next day. They did so, but needed to order a part. So we set up an appointment for Friday to replace a sensor. Sometime late Thursday, the door sensor started working again, just as suddenly as it stopped working. When I brought it in, I told them it was working again. They told me, “it doesn’t matter. We’re replacing it anyway. You don’t want it to suddenly stop working again.” I thought that was pretty awesome of them to do. It would have been easy to cancel the appointment or say the warranty wouldn’t cover it since it was now working again. Instead, they just replaced it and gave me peace of mind. More
