Thorough My check engine light had come on and my car would not accelerate past 25 mph. I spoke with David LaLonde and he guided me to first contacting the Hyundai Roadside assistance to have the car brought to Crestmont. David called to let me know the car had arrived. The next day David informed me about of the service status and that the car was ready for pick-up. When I went to pick up the car while checking out at the service pay window David came up and introduced himself and spoke to me about the car and the service provided. I found this to be a positive customer service touch. I don't recall the lady who handled the payment but she was very friendly. More

Surprise repair I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation upon inspection it was discovered that the rear brake pads were in need of replacement and th I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation upon inspection it was discovered that the rear brake pads were in need of replacement and the back stabilization knuckle was actually broken. This was late in the day on a Saturday. The part was not available and had to be ordered. I was upset at the additional cost but the service person Emily and the service manager were extremely helpful with on line coupons to help and supplied me with a loaner vehicle to have for the next 5 days. When I arrived the service manager took me to the service area and showed me the broken knuckle and explained everything very well they were extremely friendly and helpful. Really Took Care of Us I went looking to buy a specific vehicle and had Adam Mitchell from sales meet us and help us complete the purchase. When a problem was found within an hour, Adam contacted service and the manager and my GMC Acadia Denali was back in for service and fixed. Adam really went out of his way the entire time before I was approved to help us with the vehicle and to be comfortable while waiting. Emily and David and another man that also mans the desks at the service entrance were all really amazing the whole time as well, great customer service all around. I even took them a cake at the end of the entire thing because they were just so awesome and made an impression on me. More
