My car has been at Parma and Brunswick for major repairs and services and every time I go in it's like pulling teeth to get the job completed under warranty and I have to do my own research to prove it's un and services and every time I go in it's like pulling teeth to get the job completed under warranty and I have to do my own research to prove it's under warranty. None of the service employees will listen nor return my calls when I call. I have to continue to call to get a call back and wait a day or two when they did call. I'm disappointed in Hyundai as being a loyal customer. I will never buy another Hyundai again. I'm looking right now to buy a Chevy or GMC those dealership have been giving me great service talking to them More
