I came in for an oil change and at the end of my visit they forgot to tell me I had a slow leak. Since I was going out of town that weekend I really wanted it fixed. Even though my appointment was over t they forgot to tell me I had a slow leak. Since I was going out of town that weekend I really wanted it fixed. Even though my appointment was over they let me come back in same day and covered the charges. Everyone was nice and communication was superb. It was a great experience. More

Worst service dept i ever worked with and would never recommend them to anyone. They wouldn’t answer the phone, i would leave a message and wouldn’t hear back for days . I bought this car at this dealership. I was delighted with my experience in buying this car. While I don’t live in Cleveland, I scheduled service while I was passing through. Regrettably, I was delighted with my experience in buying this car. While I don’t live in Cleveland, I scheduled service while I was passing through. Regrettably, I did not know I had wheel locks. I was never informed, and didn’t know the black box in my glovebox was the key for my wheel locks. That box was on a shelf in my garage on Hilton Head Island. Although they tried hard, they could not rotate my tires. They changed my oil and filter. The only downside was that one of the employees, in attempting to find my wheel key, soiled the inside of my beautiful car due to his dirty clothing and shoes. They cleaned it up when I made them aware. I was surprised that an employee could work there with clothes that soiled. Everyone was very nice. More
