This is by far the best dealership in the area! We had a Black tie waiters dinner in the pull in service area with over 200 Hummer owners driving to the Toys for Tots Marine Corp base in Brookpark! Should have seen the police/Humvee escorts with Hummers on 480 to the base by the Malley's Pink towers loaded with Christmas gifts in every Hummer! I had 100 little teddy bears to hand out in my H2 & H3! Then we had tickets for an Indians game on top of that! The Johnson brothers were in-charge of your dealership! Since then I don't trust any other dealerships except for Starling Chevrolet in Mt. Pleasant SC were we did a trade in a few years ago from an older Chevy Tahoe to a newer Tahoe! Miss my Hummers but it was time to move on! You guys and Ladies are Awesome!!!! More

Your service advisor was rude and was unable to explain some of my services. However the cashier was wondering an extra helpful when your advisor wasn’t..and it took almost three hours for a oil change, I some of my services. Then once again be charged for something she was unable to explain.. I just will not be coming back there to get my vehicle serviced….nor will I advise anyone I know to come there for service or purchase… More
My experience in purchasing a vehicle has been satisfactory. I have my second vehicle from the dealership and have been pleased with the service. I came in for an oil change and at the end of my visit they forgot to tell me I had a slow leak. Since I was going out of town that weekend I really wanted it fixed. Even though my appointment was over t they forgot to tell me I had a slow leak. Since I was going out of town that weekend I really wanted it fixed. Even though my appointment was over they let me come back in same day and covered the charges. Everyone was nice and communication was superb. It was a great experience. More
