I had to cancel service a couple weeks prior to that and left a message and requested a call back to reschedule and I never received a call back I also left a message with the service manager and haven’t yet to receive a callback from him We left the dealership several years ago, but came back and was told that their service issues were resolved. I have yet to see this be resolved. More

I had my 2020 Buick ENCORE serviced to change oil. It has been running fine. I was told my battery level was low but no problem, watch for warning signs. The very next morning my car was dead.
