Absolutely horrible. Do not get a recall fixed/replaced here. My car had a recall on an airbag. It would explode on impact. It is required by law to be replaced, as around 30 some people have died so far from the defect. The first appointment I scheduled with this GMC dealership was in May. I received a phone call from a representative that they did not have the part I needed. So the appointment was rescheduled for June 5th. When I showed up on June 5th, I waited for around an hour at the dealership, then they told me that they did not have the part. They said they would call me when the part arrived. I waited a month. They did not call. I called them, I spoke to multiple different representatives. I spoke to the man in charge of inventory. He said that the GMC system had been hacked and so he couldn't tell me what parts were currently in the shop. He said he would call me when he was sure the part was there. I should have called someone else, but I called them again after a month. This time I called, of course the part hadn't been ordered. I got someone who said they were ordering the part right now gave me a shipping estimation for the part and scheduled an appointment for me. I ended up having to cancel the appointment due to extraneous circumstances. Before I scheduled my next appointment I called and asked if they had the part. I gave them my name and they said yes we have the replacement part. When I showed up at the dealership in November, I waited for an hour and they told me that they needed to inspect my car to see if the airbag really needed to be replaced. And that then, if it did need to be replaced they would order the replacement part. Low and behold, the part really did need to be replaced. They ordered the part, assuring me that this time it really was ordered, and it really would arrive. And the part was finally replaced December 5th. Nobody took responsibility, every time there was some sort of mix-up it was because whoever I talked to previously was new, or incompetent, and they were very sorry, it won't happen again. However it did happen again many times. It took 6 months to replace a part that shipped in 11 days. It took 1-2 hours of shop time to replace. I understand that they are not making money off of replacing this part for me, however this does not excuse the gross incompetence this dealership exhibited. The moral of the story is, don't go here. Talk to the manager. Call people out on their xx. Don't be a pushover. More
