I scheduled a recall appointment online, then called the dealership service department and asked them to check the recall to make sure the service was going to be done. After waiting an hour they came back dealership service department and asked them to check the recall to make sure the service was going to be done. After waiting an hour they came back and told me there was no recall so they did not check and they wasted two hours of my time. More
