It took a hour to reach anyone on the phone , all calls went to automation answering machine. When I finally got the answering machine then I made my appointment for service. The the service manager gave me some outrageous estimate before he realized he had my car mixed up with some other car , I am a Buick customer have purchased 4 new Buicks in my lifetime. Love Buick cars always have had great service experiences . However Crestmont Buick GMC service experience was just Awful, POOR communication , UNPROFESSIONAL personnel. I am in the market to purchase a 5th new Buick and I will not even consider Crestmont Buick GMC because of the service. SERVICE means EVERYTHING!!!!
