Tire change went well but when I took a closer look at my wheels the wheel caps were all scratched up. Talked and sent pictures to Sean my service writer and said he would order new ones for my rims. I made an appointment for an oil change on the GMC app, but when I arrived, my appointment was nowhere to be found in the system. Sean, who worked in the service department said don’t worry about it. The location is convenient, but service mediocre. I waited 10 minutes waiting in line in my care before anyone greeted me. My oil change and first inspection took almost 2 hours.
