Darrell Ambrose was most attentive to and cognizant of my needs and desires regarding my decision to purchase a new Enclave rather than keep my three year old one. He patiently pointed out all the new featu needs and desires regarding my decision to purchase a new Enclave rather than keep my three year old one. He patiently pointed out all the new features of the Enclave I purchased. The test drive of the vehicle was a great ezperience - I drove at various speeds and experienced the pickup and smoothness of the operation and ride. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Darrell made sure that everything I was to receive was in fact taken care of. He also provided me with a tour of the service department and made sure that I was aware of the services they offer including free pickup and delivery of my vehicle from my home as a dealership when my car needs service. I was also introduced to the sales manager and finance manager and received courteous service from them. I appreciate the time and effort my sales consultant, Darrell Ambrose put into his time with me. More

Central Buick of Beachwood offered an outstanding new car sales experience. Tom Lauro our salesman was wonderful to work with. Tom was patient and really listened to what my wife and I wanted in our new ca sales experience. Tom Lauro our salesman was wonderful to work with. Tom was patient and really listened to what my wife and I wanted in our new car. Tom took the time to explain the features of the car and the safety components built into the car. Tom was very attentive to our needs and was wonderful to our five-year old who we brought along with us. I would definitely recommend Central Buick GMC of Beachwood and Tom Lauro to anyone who was thinking of buying a new vehicle. More
