There was also a problem with our van not passing its E-check so the dealership (John especially in the Service Dept.) really made sure to fix the issue of the catalytic converter an also replaced a tire that had a tear in it. John in Service was very nice and did all he could to help. All in all, it was a very good car buying experience. More
