When I went to pay my bill I was advised for the first time that there would be an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. The dealer's oil change is more expensive than other providers and the dealer no longer washes or cleans my care after a service and now they charge an additional fee for using a credit card. There is no advantage to using the dealer for services. I felt I was ambushed by not being given advance notice of a change in policy. I will not use this dealership again. More
