Over booked, 3 hour wait time after I made appointment. I was new to the area and they did not want to accept my coupon because it wasnt from there dealership although I was a GMC rewards member. Bought a Certified Pre-owned car, for my daughter’s first car, no one certified this car, blinker went out, and rack and pinion steering is broke, who knows what else. Took it back to Crestmont Buick to fix car, no one certified this car, blinker went out, and rack and pinion steering is broke, who knows what else. Took it back to Crestmont Buick to fix and they had to send it to Ford, still waiting to find out when it will be fixed and how long it will take. So no car for 4 days and they haven’t even started fixing it yet. I should have been offered a loaner car and I had to call to get any information no one called me, this is just BAD BUSINESS!!! Very Disappointed!! More
