I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repai This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repaired. A few days later after I got the car I washed my car and looked on my roof and saw the terrible hail damage repair. I guess that was my bad for not checking on top of the roof of my SUV before buying the vehicle. I took my car in because I noticed an inside panel was misaligned causing a gap between the door and the window. When I got my car back I noticed they put a dent in my door trying to fix the panel. I took my car back for them to fix the dent. The manager of service John Kinheart told me they would keep my car for most of Saturday to repair. They didn't do any work on my car on Saturday because the dent repair people didn't work on that day. He failed to tell me that prior to me dropping my car off. I called him Sat, Mon and Tues and he would not return my call to let me know when my car would be ready. Additionally, I have an app on my phone that tells you if your car is unlocked and running. Monday night I happened to check my app and my car was sitting on their lot unlocked with the window down. My husband went to the lot at 10:45pm to go close my window because their was a big thunderstorm that was coming. He got to the car and rolled the window up right as the rain was starting. This dealership is careless and does not take care of your vehicle when it is in their care. More

Purchase of Tire Generally, the service department is pretty good. But, recently when I had to purchase a tire, I felt like the service rep I was working with was with Generally, the service department is pretty good. But, recently when I had to purchase a tire, I felt like the service rep I was working with was withholding information from me and not knowledgable about all options. It was the first time I felt let down by Volvo of Dallas service department. I hope my next visits are not as disappointing. More
Just bought my 3rd Volvo and Volvo of Dallas is the BEST! Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. I took my 2013 Volvo in for a free car wash and left hours later with an awesome new 2015 XC 60. Dustin Kilka was the most incredible salesman to work with. He worked out a great deal on my trade in and new car purchase. Jeremy Hernandez is the business manager and John Kindhart is the service manager. These men together produced an incredible feat. They processed the purchase through in a matter of hours seamlessly with such excellence of attention to every detail. I drove away the most happy customer with a great recommendation for anyone who needs a car, new or used. Volvo of Dallas is the best dealer anywhere. More

Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO. More
Never Again! Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for $1400+. Upon discussion with both the service writer and the mechanic we determined that the fuel pump was working so well the engine was receiving too much gas. Now, according to them, a fuel pump is not a real pump, but we have never had a pump fail that worked too well. We pushed to have a fuel sensor replaced only, even though they warned us the car could essentially blow up if we didn't do the pump and amazingly enough the sensor was the problem. We then got the privilege to pay for their expertise and triple amount of time, over $500. When we arrived at the dealer to pick up our car the service writer would not even talk to us. Thanks Andrew for a job not well done! More

I have not had a positive experience here EVER!!! I think there is some "profiling" that takes place here amongst the staff with certain patrons like myself. To me this place is one of the most unprofession there is some "profiling" that takes place here amongst the staff with certain patrons like myself. To me this place is one of the most unprofessional, unorganized and rudely pathetic luxury dealers I've ever encountered. Once my current issue is taken care of, I will not be returning and will have all of my Volvo needs met at another dealership. If you are reading this review, I strongly encourage you do the same.
