Battery Replacement and Maintanance My daughters car would not start early Friday morning the beginning of Labor Day weekend due to a dead battery and she needed the car on Saturday to My daughters car would not start early Friday morning the beginning of Labor Day weekend due to a dead battery and she needed the car on Saturday to drive to Oklahoma. I took it to Crest Volvo in Plano and was fortunate to get Jordan Farmer as my Service Contact. Even thought the Service Center was packed due to the day before a holiday Jordan said he would get he car by late in the day which is all we needed. The car was still under warranty for one more month so Jordan did all the maintenance allowed, he was extremely professional and responsive. I have an Infinity from Crest and do not receive the same professional and responsiveness, when purchasing my next car I will consider Crest Volvo due to the service received and positive feedback from my daughter support from Volvo. More

First Service Appointment SUCCESS! Last week we needed to take our Volvo S60 in for some work and I have to say from setting up the appointment to driving off with the work done, it was Last week we needed to take our Volvo S60 in for some work and I have to say from setting up the appointment to driving off with the work done, it was flawless. Mr. Jordan Farmer was our Adviser and he was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming, detailed in his description of the services that were to be conducted. In addition he addressed a few other needs/questions that we had and got us on our way. Jordan went way above and beyond with his detail and communication. As much as I don't look forward to spending more money I do look forward to working with Jordan again when I do! More

Cost of replacing Warerpump is exorbitant Our 2008 XC90 has 80k and experience High Temperature warning after driving for approx 10 mins. Asked AAA to tow the car to this Crest Service. First Our 2008 XC90 has 80k and experience High Temperature warning after driving for approx 10 mins. Asked AAA to tow the car to this Crest Service. First update : Fan is not working , need to be replaced..... New update: water pump is not working. No breakdown cost we’re given ie labor vs parts, cost total around $1500. Bill :Labor cost is US 1250 and the pump and other parts is $250. We were told that Labor is $160./hr. No satisfactory answer given by the Service Director of this place how this labor cost Reach that number. This will prevent us to have Volvo as our next car with this exorbitant service cost. More
