I arrived to my appointment and was greeted with a smile, quickly sent to get my loaner and was back at home shortly after. David B. Is my advisor and hope he can continue to be for a long time. A very friendly and honest person. He told me what services were needed for my car and informed me of some that possibly could be added depending on the conditions. Nothing else was done and never felt I was being convinced for unnecessary add ons (wipers, filters, etc). A very happy Crest Volvo customer More
