Jordan is great. He’s very honest and straightforward and explained the services that could be done now or could wait until my next visit. He’s very honest and straightforward and explained the services that could be done now or could wait until my next visit. More

Competent technicians and great customer service. I typically avoid dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised by the low stress and timeliness of the work conducted. I typically avoid dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised by the low stress and timeliness of the work conducted. More

We did get a loaner, but were limited to a 60 mile range. We live at the edge of that distance so we hung around near the dealership. We called about 2pm (4.5 hours from check in) to check on status and no one returned our call. We stopped by to be told it was "on deck" to be next in line and it would be 2-3 more hours. When we asked why it was taking so long to get started they said because we took a loaner and therefore it would be worked in. That would have been handy information at the time we made the appt. At 6pm we called again and left a second request to update our vehicles status and no one called us back.. again. As we pulled up to the dealership @ 6:30 someone from service finally answered the phone but were not able to give us status. We went inside then and only then did we get confirmation it was ready. We were told they called us, they had the right numbers, but neither of us had missed calls from the service department. The car had gotten the computer reprogram but not the cleaning promised with the service. The gracious and kind service valet cleaned the car. We didn't mind leaving the car all day, but we should have been told that was going to be the case up front. We should have been told the loaner had limited mile radius when making the appointment so we could have brought one of our other vehicles to return home. We should have received prompt return calls or texts on the status of the vehicle when we called and left messages. We should not have been "fibbed" to when they tried to explain they had called. I'm not saying they didn't call some number but not ours which were clearly listed on the form. And if cleaning the vehicle we should have received a clean car. I was actually appalled when the older gentlemen doing valet did the work. He was kind and courteous and the only reason this isn't a zero star review. Crest had a reputation for customer service which brought us to the dealership. They did not show that reputation on this visit. Be up front and informative to your customers, we ARE NOT as familiar with the process as you are. My recommendation is to tell the customer how the process works, what to expect in terms of repair duration and prepare us for any constraints, like the loaner vehicle mileage. Do this when we make the appt not when we get to the dealer. And do not tell us you called without having left a message. We liked the sales reps, love the valet who helped us at service, but the overall service experience was poor. More
