Ally was great. However, the plugin battery problem is not resolved. Even though I was an early adopter of the new XC60 plugin in 2018, and paid a heavy premium, I w However, the plugin battery problem is not resolved. Even though I was an early adopter of the new XC60 plugin in 2018, and paid a heavy premium, I will not recommend, Volvo EVs because the plugin battery is almost useless after 3 years. Volvo wont replace the battery pack!! They keep the car for diagnosis and charge for software upgrades but nothing is resolved. The hybird warranty is a joke. Very disappointed (not with the service people or dealership), with Volvo EVs. More

We had a little bit of an issue. We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. My husband explained the issue and Brian got us an appointment for the next day. In a couple have hours, the issue was fixed. The only other thing was, I wished I had noticed that the car’s retractable cargo cover was missing. It was probably taken out of our and put in another car. We felt much more comfortable with Crest, once this brake issue was resolved. We will do business with Crest again in a few years. More
