This is what I received form Alycia Johnson when I drove all the way from down town Dallas. Alycia searched and searched until she found the specific car I wanted and streamlined the process with no surprises. She also kept me updated as I waited and she answered all my questions. Car sales is a very difficult industry to make as a career. But I can see that Alycia will go far and Crest is lucky to have her on their sales staff. I am a first time Volvo owner and Alycia has made me feel secure that Crest will stand by me if I have any issues in the future with my new 2017 Volvo. More

Very Disappointed This was by far the worst experience I've received at a dealership. My mom has been looking for a new volvo for a couple of weeks so we made an appt h This was by far the worst experience I've received at a dealership. My mom has been looking for a new volvo for a couple of weeks so we made an appt here. The guy we had seemed very rushed and never made eye contact. He asked quick short questions and never even stopped to get to know what kind of car my mom wanted. He was on the computer most of the time looking for the kind of car she wanted and never showed us anything. He then went to go get pricing from his boss and sat in the room with him for 20 minutes!! We could see him across the way just sitting there laughing with his boss while we sat there not really sure why we were waiting so long. He handed my mom the paper and was very short when she asked him questions about the numbers on the paper. When my mom asked to look at a certain tire he seemed annoyed that we had to go outside. He literally walked 10 ft ahead of us at all times and was very short and honestly just overall so unhelpful. When we got in the car my mom and I looked at each other in disbelief with how he treated us. My mom didn't even look at the prices because she said she'd pay more just to have better service at a different location. Don't waste you're time here if you're wanting good, quality service. More

Follow-up is terrible They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, t They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, they were warm and welcoming. Lots of friendly handshakes and smiles. Once the financing was complete and I drive the 4 hours home, I discovered that the vehicle didn't have all of the options that Volvo said it did. After many phone calls, texts and emails to Volvo corporate and the dealership, I received the equivalent of a shrug. The financing manager, Jeremy Hernandez, convinced me to get the "Maintenance Protection Plan". He touted it to be one of the greatest things since the invention of the wheel (paraphrase). As it turns out, it doesn't cover 25% of what he told me it would. The MPP packet arrived today and they only give you 30 days to cancel without any penalties (according to the instructions in the packet). So now I only have 1 day left to cancel and no one from the dealership will take, or return, my phone calls. Several messages were left, a voicemail and several texts were sent. Jorge is the only one to send me a text back promising that someone will get back to me. That was 3 hours ago and the dealership is closed now. Where's the warmth and good will now?
