Thank you Bryan Bingham & Bryce Williams for taking care of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, of the issue I was experiencing with my 2022 XC60. Even though this is the second time we’ve been in since purchasing the vehicle on Feb. 5, 2025, I feel like we have been taken care of very well. When we started having issues, I thought, we might feel unwelcomed. I also felt that possibly no one would want to help us. This is not the situation at all. We have been treated extremely well and I feel that Bryan and Bryce were sincere. This is extremely important to me. I was given a courtesy car to use while they worked on my car. After I booked my appointment online I never received a email confirmation or text confirmation. I had to go back online and chat with someone to confirm the appointment. I gave my number and my name onli email confirmation or text confirmation. I had to go back online and chat with someone to confirm the appointment. I gave my number and my name online but your system kept changing it to my wife’s number. The car is in her name but I was making the appointment and needed the communication not her as she was out of town. Also when I pulled in and the lady started checking me in I was scolded when I told her the miles on the car which was 15k she said you should have brought it in around 10k. I had to explain to her that we leased this car from this dealership which was originally a loaner and it had 6k miles on it when we took ownership of it. I only got the maintenance message 2 weeks ago. I believe the car was serviced before we received it at 6k miles which made the next maintenance around 16k, every 10k miles, which is when I brought the car in for service. The service person should have know this from the service records and not harass me for not bringing it in sooner. I brought the car in within 2 weeks of when the “needs maintenance” alert came on. More
