Oil change I had an appointment and they took me right in. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. Oil Cange Had first oil change on this vehicle at the dealer. Had an appointment and they got me right in. Waiting room is spacious with snacks coffee and TV. Poor Service Center I made an appointment online almost 3 weeks before I arrived for service and said I needed a loaner car. I arrived before they opened at 7:30AM, when I made an appointment online almost 3 weeks before I arrived for service and said I needed a loaner car. I arrived before they opened at 7:30AM, when they let me in they told me that they did not have the parts to fix my car. After I got upset, they said they could use the parts from another car that was not due for a few more days. Then I asked if they could check out an error on my dashboard and he said they did not have time that day. Which I was ok with since I asked for a loaner car, but then he told me they had no loaner cars available for about a week. I told them to just fix the original problem and they drove me to work. When I called to get a ride back to pick up my car they told me that the shuttle driver had to leave early and they could not pick me up, so I Ubered back to the dealer. When I got my car there were two scratches on the interior and the manager told me there is no way his guys could have done that. If you look in my car it is mint inside, looks brand new besides the two scratches now. I will never go back here for service again More
