I have visited Crest of Sterling Heights a few times and was in need of a loaner vehicle. Martez has assisted me on more than one occasion He is truly an asset to the company He is very professional, polite was in need of a loaner vehicle. I ended up leaving my iPad in a loaner and he contacted me and had it set aside for me to pick it up. I was glad he checked the car for possible left behinds. Unprofessional Customer Service I have been a loyal customer with Lincoln for several years, leasing 5 vehicles over this course of time. I am a residence of Macomb county and have h I have been a loyal customer with Lincoln for several years, leasing 5 vehicles over this course of time. I am a residence of Macomb county and have had HORRIBLE experiences with CREST LINOCLN on several occasions. This last time has me livid! From my understanding, Lincoln as a organization, allows the customer to return their leased vehicles to any Lincoln dealership unless the dealership is unable to accommodate. I totally understand. Today, December 2, 2019, I walked into the CREST LINCOLN dealership to turn in my leased vehicle and as the customer service rep proceeded to assist me after asking a few valid questions, "someone" intruded in our business to tell me, "we do not accept vehicle turn ins unless you purchased from this dealership". I kept my cool and walked out. I called EVERY customer relations rep under the sun to complain about the LIE I was told about returning my leased vehicle. I will NEVER lease nor buy a Lincoln ever again in my life! Lincoln has lost a loyal customer! I should not have to drive around to different cities to find a dealership to take my car! Yes, I can take it back to where I leased it from but that's besides the point. If policies are in place to accommodate the customer then so be it! I will be taking this further! More
