The gentleman who took care of my car was very pleasant. The reason I went was to have my GPS maps updated. When I returned nothing had been done except the car wash. He said they were unable to do the work The reason I went was to have my GPS maps updated. When I returned nothing had been done except the car wash. He said they were unable to do the work, that they couldn’t effect the transfer in my car. Said the appropriate things about being sorry, referred to the age of the car (2017) and I drove home. The greatest dealership in town had a great safe visit at Crest Lincoln service dept. The dealership in general is awesome but a certain person in service was horrible. They had my vehicle for 9 days and she never called with an update.
