I had a flat tire and called the dealer to see if this was covered. They immediately go a tow truck out to change my tire and scheduled an appointment the very next day to bring it in and to put on a new was covered. When I experienced an emergency just before Christmas this dealership came though for me and solved my dilemma in half a day thereby negating my need to rent a vehicle over the Christmas Holidays. Glad they were able to get me in for new tires. But now i have a rotor vibration at high speeds. I had new rotors and brakes put on at the Ford Dealership in Tawas and no one down here will honor the roto i have a rotor vibration at high speeds.
