Brought my car in for a 75k scheduled maintance. I had made an appointment two weeks ahead of time requesting a loaner, as I was told this was this first available date, for a loaner. When I arrived I had made an appointment two weeks ahead of time requesting a loaner, as I was told this was this first available date, for a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed there was no loaner available and they did not have one available. I was asked if I was here previously and I stated yes. I’ve owned three town cars and have them all serviced, at this location and then I was asked if I bought this car from the dealer, and the answer was no. I’ve had loaners previously, in the past from this dealership when I bought my car in, for maintenance, I am not understanding why I was not granted a loaner.. Service check was performed & I was in and out and within two hours, which is reasonable, but for some reason, I felt my car didn’t get the attention deserved. I’m less trusting of the team, than from previous visits. Will I return, probably. I’m just disappointed how the whole interactions transpired. More
