They fixed my ac compressor clutch and then cut the transmission cooler lines in the process and won’t own up to. It wasn’t leaking all over your floor when I brought it in and you guys had it running but no puddles. There was no mention of a leak when you guys texted me telling me when you had an estimate of what the problem was and cost. Then over 4 hours later the service advisor texted us to call them ASAP and that’s when they mentioned about a leak that was pooling up into a puddle. More

New 2017 MKZ Purchase Was searching for a new car online when I came across a 2017 MKZ with only 4,000 miles on it. For the price and mileage I felt it was almost too good to be true. Called up the dealership and spoke to Roger Tauck. He was great took a look and said come on in and check it out. I went up that day saw it and was like lets make this deal. This whole process took 2 days to complete. From looking at the car, and for me coming in the next day to sign, and drive away. I was really impressed by the customer service that Roger and the team at Crest Lincoln served me with. They took great care of me, and I ended up with a fabulous new car!
