We dropped the car off on a Monday AM and was told it would take a day & a half. My daughter was leaving Tuesday night. We called for updates but only got it’s in the works. When I called the main # I was told work had not started yet. We were also told we needed a new tire as the nail was in the side wall of tire. Since they hadn’t started on the car we picked it up. Also, nail nowhere near sidewall. We took the car to a different service place where my daughter lives. Easy, inexpensive patch all that is needed on the tire. The steering issues seemed to have resolved. We most likely won’t be bringing the car for service at Crest again. So disappointed. I’m hesitant to bring my other Infiniti back to Crest after this experience. We’ve never had issues like this. Normally, we get great service at Crest. We are an Infiniti family & we have purchased numerous vehicles from Crest. This is a first for us but so disappointed in this service visit. More

When i got home from dealership- after getting service- the check engine light came on and when i went to bring it back- it started making a loud noise. After evaluation- Robert said the noise was the ante the check engine light came on and when i went to bring it back- it started making a loud noise. After evaluation- Robert said the noise was the antenna that had been damaged in the car wash and the check engine light was a hole somewhere. I was having surgery the next morning so he offered to give me a loaner. It was all fixed in a couple of days and they did drop the car to me and made everything right- but it was stressful when i was pressed for time. More
