Previously I had gone to Sean for service because I trusted his recommendations. When I found out he wasn’t with Crest anymore he highly recommended Troy in service. Wow! Troy has been incredible! I love the Crest family and service I have always received. If you need service Troy will take care of you. I needed coolant flush, inspection and had an AC fan problem. His technicians were able to re-enact my AC problem and I was able to get it fixed under my warranty. Trusting Troy because of Sean’s recommendation was completely satisfying. He explained the warranty process, had everything completed for me and my car ready. Thank you Troy! I will definitely be back with any maintenance for both my cars. More
Service was convenient, the person I worked with provided me with updates by phone. My advisor informed me that a part needed to be swapped out as per a recall; this was done, and my car was ready in one ho me with updates by phone. I appreciate every visit to Crest infiniti whether it is routine wash or 10Kmiles, 20Kmiles service. I especially thank Rustik Ganeyev for making my leasing experience easy and convenient for me so that I was provided by all options and detailed descriptions of advantages and disadvantages and helping me to find the best option for me. Also advise on insurances and additional services I would need. My latest visit was related to 20000 miles service. I worked with Christopher Stephenson, very knowledgeable, very polite and respectful. Chris provided all estimates and options for the service letting me choose the best fitting my needs. He kept me updated on the process and organized comfortable transfer from and back to Crest office to pick my car when it was ready - cleaner than it was when dropped off. I originally purchased my Infiniti from Crest back in 2014 on the pretense that buying luxury from Crest meant buying service. Unfortunately, I've had lackluster customer service multiple times in the se 2014 on the pretense that buying luxury from Crest meant buying service. Unfortunately, I've had lackluster customer service multiple times in the service department. Most recently I took in my vehicle to have them check a "low washer fluid" light that had popped up. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby with only 2 other customers, they came back with a bill and a full point inspection of all the things I needed to pay them to do, but failed to mention the "low tire pressure" alert, which was never aired up before I left. I also requested a quick car wash while they had it back in the shop, which never happened. I walked out with a new (part only, not installed) reservoir for my washer fluid tank, an almost flat tire and a dirty car for over $340. When he gave me the keys and I paid my bill he asked, "oh, did you still want that car wash? It'll take another 30 minutes." Ugh, no, thanks. I just won't be back. As a woman, I appreciate great customer service in regards to my vehicle and not to be taken advantage of. That is why I purchased from Crest to begin with. I just find the irony in the situation being that I get a weekly flyer or email asking me to "come back to Crest and buy a new car from us again." Sorry, the next purchase will be from Sewell. More

No any response again over a week. More
