It was an average encounter. I was less than pleased with the cleaning of my vehicle. I’ll be going back to Sewell until my lease is up than I’ll be turning in my keys and vehicle and leaving Infiniti all to the cleaning of my vehicle. I’ll be going back to Sewell until my lease is up than I’ll be turning in my keys and vehicle and leaving Infiniti all together - 6 more months to go Also, very smart to get customers to perform a survey on a tablet at checkout before they inspect their vehicle and have finale interaction with the service staff- my review would have changed.
