This review is getting 5 stars because of Service Director Randy Nabors. Was having a terrible experience with Crest Infinity until he got involved. Had A great experience with the service advisor. Everything was ready for me when I dropped the car off, he had the loaner ready and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was repaired by Everything was ready for me when I dropped the car off, he had the loaner ready and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was repaired by the next day. When I picked it up it was clean and any questions I had were answered. I will certainly be returning for my next service and probably to purchase my next vehicle. More

Blake is my service advisor and by far the best service advisor I have had at Crest Infiniti. Dustin and his staff are always so helpful. Blake and Dustin are so very helpful. The Service Team at Crest Infiniti is great. Randy, Trevor, and the rest of the team, even the cashier and loan car teams are great. Blake provided excellent service today from greeting me promptly to being there to answer any questions when I was ready to pay out at the cashier.
