I wrote a prior review while upset and didn’t speak to Blake or Nabors .. Once I was able to speak with Blake and Nabors I felt totally ok that they are willing to look at my car again to be sure it wa Blake or Nabors .. Once I was able to speak with Blake and Nabors I felt totally ok that they are willing to look at my car again to be sure it was fixed properly…Nabors took the time to reach out and I’m so grateful for that… I’ve taken my car to Crest from 2010 to present and never had an issue..I can find someone cheaper but trust Crest to do it right..I just needed to speak with the right people if there is ever an issue .. this is what you call customer service Nabors and Blake thank you for caring More

On this return visit the tech was able to repair the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The car service to pick me up to retrieve the car was not set up at the desired time I requested or at a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Scheduled oil change with Crest Infiniti. Very pleasant on the phone reservation. Upon entering the bay area, we waited 18 minutes for contact with our rep, Troy Dunn. There was a lag time when he was notified and when we met. I had him paged at the service desk. He explained that he had to lower the volume on his device while he was with a customer and missed the notification. Once on the scene, he did an outstanding job keeping us informed with updates. More
