Enthusiastic expertise with courteous professionalism! Although I purchased my Ford F350 Diesel truck from another dealer closer to me, I have chosen to take my service business to Crest Ford. Here is why. Although I purchased my Ford F350 Diesel truck from another dealer closer to me, I have chosen to take my service business to Crest Ford. Here is why.... I worked in a service industry more than 45 years and am expert in customer satisfaction skills analysis. My trust in Crest Ford service is solid. The service staff I have experience with includes Mike Brabow, Mike Smeckert and Tony Griffin and head diesel mechanic Jeff Dalzotto. They have all done an outstanding job of being very polished in the communications skill of being a "good listener" with an added touch of service with a smile professionalism. I am keenly aware of other dealerships who try to take advantage of you and then the customer feels taken for a ride with too many items piled on the service ticket that often had nothing to do with any current symptoms. Building that trust is key to maintaining a great relationship with your clientele. There is the utmost importance that you have quality service technicians and the diesel mechanic who handles my F350 Truck, Jeff Dalzotto is very knowledgeable and trustworthy to give you his best. As an added touch the porter, Louis whose services I used to transport me home from the dealership are quite relaxing and engaging with his small talk and sports trivia. Overall I highly recommend others to visit them when you are in need of service or replacing a vehicle as the showroom looked quite snappy too. The dealer pricing for service is sometimes by the book and you could get work done elsewhere for slightly less, but in my book the small increase in cost is backed by the trust you gain that your vehicle has a great history log and is being serviced by an excellent staff. Well worth it! Treat your vehicle investment with the care it deserves by trusting it with the professionals who are trained and clearly qualified at this dealer to help you keep that investment for a long time. Lies and lack of accountability by Ford and Crest Failed to repair issues after multiple attempts. Claimed that issues were unrelated, and not a recall issue to my 2014 Escape. As a result they charged me for repairs and did not provide a loaner vehicle. When I scheduled appointment I was told there would be a loaner vehicle for me, then upon arriving I was told there was not one and I had to rent a vehicle. I was told that if they had to keep vehicle overnight the I would get a loaner, I called prior to closing and was told they would call me right back to give me status of my vehicle, then didn't call back. Upon requesting reimbursement for my rental car because they kept vehicle overnight I was told that "they don't do that". Basically I don't believe anything this dealership or Ford says at this point. As a life long Ford owner this experience has resulted in me changing brands and I will never buy a Ford vehicle again. More
