Paid cash for a used 2009 Charger from them and it overheated 5 miles down the highway. So, there I am, on 75 South, with a broke down vehicle, and I have to call off work because, I'm stranded. It co overheated 5 miles down the highway. So, there I am, on 75 South, with a broke down vehicle, and I have to call off work because, I'm stranded. It cost $700 for the tow bill to my house west of Toledo. Looks like it needs head gaskets or possibly heads. It could cost anywhere from $500 to $ 1,500 All they are interested in is taking care of the tow bill. They had it listed as excellent condition. Apparently the engine is not included in the description. Used car manager says "well, it is a used car". If this is how they treat a customer, I wonder what corporate Ford would have to say about the shady practices. Then again, maybe Ford doesn't mind ripping people off also. I can document the whole thing. More
