They had a feature the was a credit score estimator. I tried it and the number was higher than my actual score. Let's just say that our credit isn't the greatest. I provided my email to see if someone could help us out. Mr. Christopher Merriman emailed me back and started a dialog with us. He was very helpful. I have dealt with many car salesmen in my time and most of them I find hard to trust but not Mr. Merriman. Online Car buying Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where there are just not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything that you need to do. And that is the position I found myself in during the month of Dec 2014.I needed to get a new vehicle, I knew about what I wanted, I knew the options that were important to me. So I started looking around online at a few dealership inventories. Even that became too time consuming for the hours I had available. I contacted Crest Ford in Flat Rock, Mi And was given a salesman by the name of Chris Merriman unlike a couple of other salemen that I had talked with previously that wanted me to come down to their dealorship even though they did not have what I wanted in the dealership lot. I just did not have the time for that and apparently those other salesmen thought I was not a serious shopper. What Chris did for me was awesome he took down all my wants and all my want nots and became my eyes and legs he found a couple of vehicles that fit my criteria and then called me back at which time we were able to narrow it down to one vehicle. He then took care of all the paper work and financing for me and all I had to do was show up at the dealership sign a couple of documents take some instruction on my new vehicle and drive away. For me it was perfect I'm not going to say that for everyone online shopping will work or even going to the extent that I did of not even seeing the truck until 30 minutes before signing the papers, Buttttttt if you have time constraints and a ford is what you are looking for I'd ask for Chris Merriman at Crest Ford Flat Rock.
