Sold me a car they knew had a defect Spent every penny I had on a 2010 Escape. Two months later I found there was a known defect which is not covered under warranty and will be costing m Spent every penny I had on a 2010 Escape. Two months later I found there was a known defect which is not covered under warranty and will be costing me $425. I asked for some help and I was blown off. Marty spoke down to me and basically told me to simply not top off my gas tank and that should take care of the problem. He admitted that Ford knows about it and so did they at Crest Ford. This is unacceptable. A known, but hidden, defect that no layperson would ever have seen with a test drive or a walk-around. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer and will strongly and loudly urge everyone I know to stay far away from them. More

John walked me thru the process and made this a fun event by keeping me continuously updated with regard to the build day from Ford, the ship day, and the delivery and final pickup by me. These people here are easy to deal with. The Price of the new car was the easy part. Picking the color that I wanted was the hardest part of this sale. Don't waste your time any place else.
