ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally cus people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. I was at Crest for the 30,000 mile oil change/service of my 2007/SRX - while waiting, I strolled around to look at the latest model of the same car on the showroom floor. There it was - candy-apple red, loaded, etc. I fell in love! Bruce Rollins came around the corner, politely introduced himself and when I told him I was sure I wouldn't be able to purchase, he said, well, the least we can do is take a look at the numbers and see what we can do for you". In an hour or so, I had signed to lease and had my car the next day! I'm a very low-mileage driver, so, having leased before, it was a perfect fit for me - one I had never even considered at this time. The finance officer, at "paper signing" was the most relaxed, non-pushy, totally committed to my understanding of EVERY PART OF EVERYTHING I WAS SIGNING!!!!! The young man who walked me through "car school" to accustom me with all my new amenities, "Greg" could not have been more tolerant of this old 69 year-old's repeated questions and was just a fine young man, assuring me that all I need do at any time is call him and he'll walk me through whatever seems to be "blowing my mind"! I cannot rate this dealership high enough - it's the ultimate in "NOT FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF" as most of us feel when we leave after signing. They're up-front with their deals; no "hidden" agendas or costs, and that just HAS to be respected!!! Again, major kudos to all at Crest - they're the only game in town for me from this day forward!!
