I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. Escalade Purchase I purchased a 2015 Escalade in late 2016. The troubles started soon after. In early Spring of 2017 I was notified by another dealer that the vehicle I purchased a 2015 Escalade in late 2016. The troubles started soon after. In early Spring of 2017 I was notified by another dealer that the vehicle I purchased had it's engine replaced prior to me purchasing it. This important information was never disclosed. After 70+ days in service and multiple visits for the same problems I called corporate for help. Today, I was notified by the corporate adviser that Crest retaliated by no longer allowing me to bring my vehicle for repairs. (Vehicle is still under factory warranty). I've done nothing wrong other than try to get my vehicle repaired. I've treated their staff with kindness and respect only to be banned from their service department. They offered to repurchase the vehicle several months after purchase for $12,000 less that what I paid, but I was too offended to take the offer. I regret it now. Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as I don't wish this misery on anyone. More

I went in to test drive a 2015 Cadillac ATS. I found the car just felt too small for me. Tom suggesting I try the Cadillac XTS. I knew the XTS would be much bigger and more comfortable but also thought it would be a lot more expensive. Tom showed me an XTS that was one model year older but also had very low mileage and the price was almost exactly the same as the ATS. Plus, the XTS was the exact color combination we wanted, included All Wheel Drive and runs on regular unleaded gasoline. Perfect! Tom worked with us to get a good price for our trade-in. Then we worked with Brandon Roeglin for the financing. He was very helpful in getting us a great rate at a bank where we already have accounts so it will be very convenient to make payments online. We are thrilled with the car, the price and the financing. Tom was even able to get a free Cadillac cap for my wife. More
