I went in to test drive a new SRX about four weeks ago. The salesman has called/texted/emailed me every single day since then. Due to this annoyance, I bought a cadillac at a dealership for about $2,000 more just so I didn't have to deal with their BS. He also asked me to not bring my boyfriend when I came to purchase the car. He lied to be within the first 30 minutes of meeting him, and I caught him on it. He told me that the interior color I wanted was not made for the exterior color I wanted. Miraculously he called me and said he found one on THEIR lot with 0 miles that was the interior/exterior colors I had asked for. I would never ever go back there. He was creepy and became inappropriate. More
I went in and spoke with Ed Elizondo and he was extremely friendly initially. He would promptly call me back anytime I had a question prior to the sale. We ended up leasing a Cadillac SRX from him in which friendly initially. He would promptly call me back anytime I had a question prior to the sale. We ended up leasing a Cadillac SRX from him in which he stated that they would "eat" the balance of my Honda Odyssey. Later we traded it because the blind spot was too large for my comfort and we found out that he just tacked the balance onto the loan. When I called him about it he would not speak to be but advised me to call the bank. Also, during the purchasing process I was interested in Installing DVD in the headrest and he told me that he had a place that could do it aftermarket. When we went to them they informed me that on the vehicle I had that it could not be done because of the way Cadillac installed the headrests. When I called Ed to ask him about it he did NOT call me back. This was an important feature because we have two small children. I was also supposed to get free maintenance (oil changes and such) for the first couple years and the first time I went in for servicing Brian (my service guy) made sure to tell me that I will only get one service a year and was hesitant about doing my oil change (I was very uncomfortable and made to feel that I was asking for something extra when this is what I was promised by Cadillac) I would say that he did and said whatever necessary to get the sale and I do not feel that the service or professionalism after the sale was good. Ed had an office full of trophy's and he was so charming telling me about his family and what they purchased that I actually thought he was being upfront, turns out he was the typical "car sales man" and I will never purchase from Crest Cadillac again because of how he handled me after the sale. I wanted to express my gratitude to Ross Glauben and the rest of the staff at Crest Cadillac. My husband and I bought a 2012 Cadillac ESV. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Crest Cadillac had a great selection of vehicles and made the buying process enjoyable. Ross was kind enough to call the next day and check on our new vehicle and ask how we were enjoying it. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I would recommend Crest Cadillac. Catherine in Dallas More
Eduardo, my sales guy did a great job. He worked very hard to make a deal that would work for me. Trade in was fair and overall I left a a great car that I love. The only thing I dont like is the $100 dissapearing deductable on my warranty. I think I should be able to go to any Cadillac dealer and not pay the deductable. Not the dealers fault, but cadillac. something to consider. Thanks, Bob Parker More
I just wanted to express my opinion regarding Greg Vetrano. Since buying my new SRX he has been such a pleasure to work with. After the “big sale”, Dwain and Greg are the most important individuals to Vetrano. Since buying my new SRX he has been such a pleasure to work with. After the “big sale”, Dwain and Greg are the most important individuals to set the tone of quality, professionalism and helpfulness for Crest’s customers. It’s refreshing to have such attentive and genuine representatives to help me with all my questions-no problems at this time. Greg is a special man in that he is genuinely interested in the person “behind the wheel” and will go the extra mile to make sure his boss and his company maintain an excellent reputation. He is an important position to promote the qualified of Crest and to affect the bottom line, even, by bring a man of excellent character, friendly, helpful and caring. He is a keeper, as we say!! I contacted Crest Cadillac after finding a 2008 Volvo XC90 with 43,000 miles for $21,000 (and some change) on their web site. I had several e-mail exchanges with their salesman, Sam Obazee, in which I ex XC90 with 43,000 miles for $21,000 (and some change) on their web site. I had several e-mail exchanges with their salesman, Sam Obazee, in which I explained what I had for trade-in and the payment range I wanted. Sam said, "No problem. We've got you approved. Come on in. I won't lie to you and I will get you in this car." I told him I didn't want to waste his time, nor mine, so if he wasn't sure it could be done, let me know. He assured me he could meet my budget needs. My husband and I spent three hours at their dealership Labor Day, haggled back and forth over money (which irked me after having the previous e-mail conversation about my budget and what I could afford), and finally came to an agreement. Not to mention the fact that we got a flat tire when we drove onto their lot due to a defect in their parking lot (which, they said they would fix even if we did not buy a car). Lo and behold, they were swamped in the finance department that day and asked us to come back the following day (yesterday), to finalize the paperwork. "Here are the keys, take home the car, and we'll see you tomorrow." The next day, Sam called and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, our finance department can't get you the rate we agreed upon yesterday. You'll have to pay more, but I don't know what the interest rate is because they won't tell me." So, when my husband returned the Volvo, three of the sales reps at the dealership verbally attacked my husband, threatened him, and refused to fix the tire, stating, "We said we would fix it - we didn't say we would fix it for free." And then threatened to call the police if my husband did not leave the premises. Needless to say, their deceptive bait and switch tactics and blatant lies are as good as it gets when it comes to used car dealers. So, if you look up "shister" in the dictionary, you will find a picture of Crest Cadillac - and that is EXACTLY what you will get from them! More

I highly compliment Crest Auto, Greg Lustik, Al Tarrant and, Jason Rickering. They worked with diligence to find exactly the right car for me and helped with warmth and kindness each step of the way. This and, Jason Rickering. They worked with diligence to find exactly the right car for me and helped with warmth and kindness each step of the way. This is the experience of elegance that you would expect from a dealer with the quality of cars that they offer. I looked at another dealer and did not find the same quality in the cars nor did I feel that they cared for me as a customer. Mr. Tarrant was professional and brought a quality of warm friendship to the sale. Thank you Crest. More
