Not only was Francis (our sales person) Super Wonderful, but the entire team was friendly, inviting, warm, welcoming, talkative, treating us like human beings, etc. I could go on and on about this great dealership. There is a reason they are #1 and I will send whomever I can here to Francis. He got the (tough) job done and got me in our new SRX. SUPERB JOB CREST!!!!! More

She not only told me she will have it fixed she also had me speak to their service manager and in turn offered to get my car from where i live and take it tomPlano to fix it. I did not pay a cent and my loaner car the G37. Which by the way my wife loved, was great! Thank you! Plus, all along i didn'nt even buy my car from them. Superb and great Customer Service! Thank u Toni and Crest Infiniti. I was so impressed with their Service that i Bought a 2012 Cadillac Srx from Crest Cadillac! That experience was also great but that's in another review i have to write.. Thanks again Toni! More
Crest Cadillac sold my Mother (85 years old, suspended Drivers license) a New 2013 Cadillac CTS..My mother has Mental-Health issues and is at the point in life, where she is a danger to herself and others Drivers license) a New 2013 Cadillac CTS..My mother has Mental-Health issues and is at the point in life, where she is a danger to herself and others, behind the wheel.. We had to take her old Cadillac away.. My mother made the comment that she was going to Crest to buy a new Cadillac.. I called Crest and spoke directly to Mike Kell, the sales Manager.. I completely told him the whole story with my mom and that she would be coming up to purchase a new car... I told him that I did not want them to sell a car to her.. Pezhaman Kayden, the other Sales Mgr. also knew about the situation.. Mike told me that he would inform his entire sales team.. My Mother called Crest up a few days later and talked to April Atkins, the salesperson.. Mom Mom explained that she had no way to Get to the Dealership to buy a car.. April Atkins went to here house to pick her up, took her to Crest and sold her a new car, knowingly and willingly at Sticker Price.. Mike Kell did attempt to call me at my Home, however I was unavailable.. April Atkins nad Mike Kell knowing my mom 's situation, did something that is totally "unconscionable". They sold her a new car, as she presented them with a Blank Check. She never test drove the car. April drove her home and parked the car in her Garage for her.. I talked to the Owner of Crest, Mike Brosin, and he did offer to take the car back if returned within a 2 week period.. My mother, with her Mental Health issues, is scared to drive the car, however she wants to keep it and refuses to return it.. I know that makes no sense.. The car sits in the garage with 17 miles on the odometer.. I've confronted April Atkins and she know she did a terrible thing and took advantage of my Mother, she refuses to talk about over the phone and Mike Kell , would not return my calls after I spoke to him, the 2nd time.. They all know what they did was totally wrong. A Mentally-ill elderly woman that can't drive, willing to pay any amount of money with a blank check over rides morals and ethics.. Shame on all of you Crest. More
I went in to test drive a new SRX about four weeks ago. The salesman has called/texted/emailed me every single day since then. Due to this annoyance, I bought a cadillac at a dealership for about $2,000 mo The salesman has called/texted/emailed me every single day since then. Due to this annoyance, I bought a cadillac at a dealership for about $2,000 more just so I didn't have to deal with their BS. He also asked me to not bring my boyfriend when I came to purchase the car. He lied to be within the first 30 minutes of meeting him, and I caught him on it. He told me that the interior color I wanted was not made for the exterior color I wanted. Miraculously he called me and said he found one on THEIR lot with 0 miles that was the interior/exterior colors I had asked for. I would never ever go back there. He was creepy and became inappropriate. More
I went in and spoke with Ed Elizondo and he was extremely friendly initially. He would promptly call me back anytime I had a question prior to the sale. We ended up leasing a Cadillac SRX from him in which friendly initially. He would promptly call me back anytime I had a question prior to the sale. We ended up leasing a Cadillac SRX from him in which he stated that they would "eat" the balance of my Honda Odyssey. Later we traded it because the blind spot was too large for my comfort and we found out that he just tacked the balance onto the loan. When I called him about it he would not speak to be but advised me to call the bank. Also, during the purchasing process I was interested in Installing DVD in the headrest and he told me that he had a place that could do it aftermarket. When we went to them they informed me that on the vehicle I had that it could not be done because of the way Cadillac installed the headrests. When I called Ed to ask him about it he did NOT call me back. This was an important feature because we have two small children. I was also supposed to get free maintenance (oil changes and such) for the first couple years and the first time I went in for servicing Brian (my service guy) made sure to tell me that I will only get one service a year and was hesitant about doing my oil change (I was very uncomfortable and made to feel that I was asking for something extra when this is what I was promised by Cadillac) I would say that he did and said whatever necessary to get the sale and I do not feel that the service or professionalism after the sale was good. Ed had an office full of trophy's and he was so charming telling me about his family and what they purchased that I actually thought he was being upfront, turns out he was the typical "car sales man" and I will never purchase from Crest Cadillac again because of how he handled me after the sale. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Crest Cadillac had a great selection of vehicles and made the buying process enjoyable. Ross was kind enough to call the next day and check on our new vehicle and ask how we were enjoying it. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I would recommend Crest Cadillac. Catherine in Dallas More
Eduardo, my sales guy did a great job. He worked very hard to make a deal that would work for me. Trade in was fair and overall I left a a great car that I love. Each person I delt with was professiona hard to make a deal that would work for me. Trade in was fair and overall I left a a great car that I love. Each person I delt with was professional and fair. The only thing I dont like is the $100 dissapearing deductable on my warranty. I think I should be able to go to any Cadillac dealer and not pay the deductable. Not the dealers fault, but cadillac. something to consider. Thanks, Bob Parker More
I just wanted to express my opinion regarding Greg Vetrano. Since buying my new SRX he has been such a pleasure to work with. After the “big sale”, Dwain and Greg are the most important individuals to Vetrano. Since buying my new SRX he has been such a pleasure to work with. After the “big sale”, Dwain and Greg are the most important individuals to set the tone of quality, professionalism and helpfulness for Crest’s customers. It’s refreshing to have such attentive and genuine representatives to help me with all my questions-no problems at this time. Greg is a special man in that he is genuinely interested in the person “behind the wheel” and will go the extra mile to make sure his boss and his company maintain an excellent reputation. He is an important position to promote the qualified of Crest and to affect the bottom line, even, by bring a man of excellent character, friendly, helpful and caring. He is a keeper, as we say!! More
