Showed up for a 10:00 am appt. today to have our Escalade ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ag ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ago and confirmed by Crest yesterday. Drove 40 minutes to get to their dealership. Even though they are the closet Cadillac dealer to my home I will never use or recommend them. They basically threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do. I will be using Sewell to complete the work they were supposed to do. More

The Service Dept. and it's employees have always provided me with prompt, quality service. The worst dealership ever!! Sold my wife a car and after they sold it to her they told her it had been wrecked!! Brakes and air conditioner have always made a terrible noise and they have never been able to they sold it to her they told her it had been wrecked!!
