Twice I have had my truck in the shop and both times parts have been on backorder for up to 4 weeks. The second time after the 4th delay on my part, I drove to a local Napa location and within 20 mins parts have been on backorder for up to 4 weeks. The second time after the 4th delay on my part, I drove to a local Napa location and within 20 mins they found the Dodge branded part. Anthony in service is great, but the parts department is inadequate at best. Why should I have to finally get so pissed off that I have to go and find my own parts. The good news is, I dont ever have go back to Crenwelge in Kerrville ever again. More
Left two messages to get oil change. Neither return call. Had to call service manager to schedule. Also scheduled a diagnostic to look at radio. When I arrived and paid for my oil change, noticed my radio was not looked at. I questioned tech and was told they didn’t have technician available. That is not what I was informed on phone. This kind of experience has happened numerous times over the last year or so..progressively worse. I have purchased two vehicles there. I just ordered a new vehicle from another dealer based on the lack of customer service and communication Crenwelge has gotten to be known for. I have to get my radio replaced. Once this is done, I am done. I have not seen any effort in improving the situation there either. More

I take this is not only a mark of excellence, but also a mark of personal pride in the organization that all the employees represent. Very impressed, 10 out of 10. I am very disappointed in the service department. The first time I was told my ABS part was in, made an appointment, then I was told it was the wrong part. 60 miles to travel for nothing. Now after waiting a year for the ABS part I was told my part was in and made an appointment, another 60 mile trip. I was told they did not have the part, so I am assuming it was given to someone else. Now having to make another appointment and wait another two months, I am not sure what is next. I am not saying anything bad about the mechanics, for they did not come into play. In my opinion, I should be put on an expedited list as soon as another part comes in not wait on my appointment.
