Called to get a diagnostic test for brake issues, service guy said to schedule an oil change. This would get me a multi point inspection and would cover the brakes. Didn't need an oil change since I got one guy said to schedule an oil change. This would get me a multi point inspection and would cover the brakes. Didn't need an oil change since I got one a month ago. I said go ahead so they would look at the brakes. Went in paid 65 bucks for an oil change I didn't need, just so they could come back to say it needs further diagnosis. Which costs 175 bucks and the first available appointment was 3 weeks out. This is how they get you say you need one thing and then another. Needless to say I am not paying them 175 more bucks. Also, sent them an email and they have not responded. More

Taylor Huse and service department personnel extremely helpful, mannerly, and pleasant. Offered good explanation of problem. BUT, it took 3 weeks for our car to be seen and evaluated. Service department is always friendly. I was a little disappointed I was told one thing was wrong with my car and then two days later told another thing that was twice as expensive.
