The passenger side window regulator of our 2010 GMC Sierra broke leaving the window in the down position. The cruise control was also working intermittently for about a month. Cody got our vehicle in Sierra broke leaving the window in the down position. The cruise control was also working intermittently for about a month. Cody got our vehicle in for service the same day that the window broke and had both the window and cruise control repaired within 1.5 days. We were pleasantly surprised and did not expect the vehicle to be taken in and returned with such promptness. Many thanks to Cody and the technicians in the service dept. for this. Quite frankly, I was not considering a Stellantis or GMC product for my next vehicle but after the service I received, it is back in consideration (especially if Ram had a mid-size truck!). More

Enjoy traveling to Kerrville to have my vehicle serviced even though it is approx. 110 miles from Sonora TX. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I brought my Durango in for a coolant leak in February 2023. The water pump was replaced. Shortly after this service was completed the vehicle began to overheat. I brought it back in at the end of Marc 2023. The water pump was replaced. Shortly after this service was completed the vehicle began to overheat. I brought it back in at the end of March 2023. After two claims, nearly $15000 in repairs, and numerous headaches, I finally got my Durango back January 2024. The level of incompetence at Crenwelge is mind blowing. Everyone I dealt with there could not care less about me, and there was NO communication unless I was the one calling them. They all thought it was a joke and tried to cut corners. The only person there who had any level of professionalism was Max, and he wasn't even my service "advisor." I will never go back to them for ANYTHING. I also reached out to Tim Crenwelge, and he never got back to me. I would say more, but there may be litigation. This place is a joke. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! More
