My service rep Anthony was always polite and courteous. Linda at the Front counter was absolutely the best! I dropped vehicle off for key FOB problem. key wouldn't retain programming. they changed the chip key module. a few days later, problem was back. took vehicle back and waited for a diagnosis. 3 1/2 weeks go by, no contact. I called to check the status and let Anthony know my wife needed to come get some items from the vehicle since it was taking so long. before I received a call back, she arrived and NO ONE in the dealership could locate the keys. so while they looked, she walks out to find the car outside completely unlocked for weeks with a couple thousand dollars worth of golf equipment and personal items inside. I heard back from Anthony and asked what was going on and he stated they had lost my number and were unable to reach out... ( I left my business card and even had a conversation about my business. They could have reached me.) I was most concerned about the lack of security displayed so I reached out to the service manager via email to make him aware. I wasn't upset, but as a business owner myself, I wanted him to be aware. I never received a reply. This, however, to me would be most concerning to me as an owner. The original problem was diagnosed the second time as a bad PCM. I've only had it back a couple days but seems to be working. More
