I bought a used vehicle from Crenwelge motors. I found a few things wrong with my new vehicle. I told them about the problems.i have never been treated so well before! Everyone there was amazing. My previous review was critical of the service and cost. The dealer contacted me and offered to make it right. I talked to the service manager and he offered to complete the service to my satisfaction. I re The dealer contacted me and offered to make it right. I talked to the service manager and he offered to complete the service to my satisfaction. I returned to the dealer and they took great care of me, finishing the service and making a cost modification that was acceptable to me. I will gladly return there for future service and will go there when I need a new vehicle. It's not often that you find a merchant who is customer-focused and willing to give the attention required to satisfy the customer. I think I've found a gem here. More

Took my car in for a routine annual maintenance. I had scheduled a repair called for in a recall. They were able to combine the repairs into a single visit. The service bays are usually busy here.
